We take your privacy seriously and only ask you to provide information that we need in order to deliver the service or information you have requested.

  1. Information Collected.

    a) Your personally identifiable information is collected from you when you use the website to lodge an inquiry, request a booking or request further information.
    b) When you fill out a form, self test or assessment as a link from this site, the information is administered by third-parties which have their own Privacy Policies concerning information they may collect from users.  It is advised to refer to their policies via the Privacy Policy links on the pages you visit.
    c) Like most sites, we maintain logs of site usage to evaluate interest level in areas of the website, which and how many pages have been viewed, how long they stay on the website, and what Web browsers are used. This data is aggregated and not reviewed on an individual user level with any unique identifiers. Aggregate level data may be shared with third parties and the public.
    d) When you subscribe to a publication (such as your name and address).
    e) When you open an email communication from us in your email program, we may use software technology to let us know which emails have been opened by the recipients. This allows us to know how well various communications and marketing campaigns have performed. 

  2. Use of Your Information

    We only use information we collect to provide you the services on our website that you request.
    a)  We do not share or sell any personally identifiable information about website visitors.
    b) We may use “cookies” software technology to create a personalised Web experience for our users. Cookies cannot be used to find your name, email address, or anything that is uniquely identifying about you, unless you provide that information. If you don’t have your browser set to accept cookies, certain areas of the website may not function properly.
    c) When you click on links that take you to third-party websites, the third party has its own privacy policy in relation to the information they collect. We suggest you read their privacy policy to understand what information they collect. 

  3. Your Posted Materials

    The materials you post on the website, such as comments, are made available to be seen and read by other users of the website and are not treated confidentially. We will remove your materials from the website at your request, but we cannot assure you that such materials are not still available from servers, search engines and proxy servers maintained by others or that may have been downloaded and stored by others.

  4. Limitations

    We cannot guarantee your privacy, though we make every effort to preserve it. We may need to disclose personal information if required by law or to comply with a legal process served on us or requested by law enforcement.
