Individual Counselling
$150
/session
  • Extended session rate $210 for 1.5 hrs

  • Couples counselling fee starts at $200 per session (or for two family members).
  • Extended session rate $275 for 1.5 hrs

  • Family counselling fees depend on the number in the group, generally up to a maximum of 4 people in one session, not under 16 years old.
  • If smaller group sessions are required, rate is the same as a couples session e.g 2 members

  • Group counselling can be tailored for a particular issue e.g. grief and loss OR for an organisation group for a specific concern e.g. Incident response after suicide or workplace accident/ conflict management/Assertive communication etc. Contact me with an outline of your needs.
  • Group counselling fee depends on the scope of therapy and the number of members. Please contact me to discuss your needs and budget.

  • In cases where there is evidence of financial hardship, please contact me to discuss if a price reduction is available.
  • This will depend on the mode of counselling and available non-peak times; the number of welfare clients I already am working with and the anticipated length of time for therapy. If I cannot assist, I can often make other suggestions to access therapy.

There is no minimum number of sessions and the frequency can be tailored around your schedule and budget and my availability, although it usually takes a couple of sessions to get to know you and work out what your needs are.
